Self Funding & Payment Options

Self-Funding

The majority of students at CNELM self-fund their studies. Fees for all courses are expressed in our prospectus, please review our full Prospectus.

The majority of the tuition fees are paid monthly over an agreed study period initially agreed at interview. Students changing their study plan after starting the course can request to change monthly payments in accordance with the revised study plan. Annual Tuition fees are payable in advance of each academic year for students registered on the undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes with or without the CNELM Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma  course.

For some courses, fees can be paid in full in advance to benefit from 5% discount.

*NB: Whichever payment option is chosen CNELM implements a No-Refund Policy. Applicants can request a copy of this policy info@cnelm.co.uk**

** The exception to this rule is students completing foundation science access modules: Chemistry and Human Biology. In this instance part-refunds minus a 10% administrative fee may be considered if the applicant demonstrates through repeated assessment that the level required to pass the course/s is, or has become, unattainable. This outcome is unusual.

Payment Options

  1. Direct Debit for annual tuition and monthly fees (UK bank account holders only)
  2. Bank Transfer
  3. Debit or Credit Card Telephone Payments (excluding AMEX)
  4. Cheque

The preferred payment method for students with UK bank accounts is Direct Debit. UK bank account holders can agree other alternative payment options. International students without a UK bank account are recommended to make payments via bank transfer or flywire or debit/credit card.
